Connal blinked at her, taken aback by her sudden mocking tone. He thought they were having a nice conversation until now. Maybe she wasn't nearly as friendly as he first thought.

"Uhhh," he stammered before recovering again and frowning at her. "Mock all you want but I never heard of a 'gun' until new. A lot of this is new to me."

Though he might not like to argue he still stood up for himself.
