[It still feels weird patrolling a completely new city. Guardian still doesn't recognize these rooftops yet. More than once he got lost just trying to find his way back to his place. Nothing quite takes away the hero mystique like asking a civilian for directions.
One thing that never changes though is crime. Even in a city as alien as this Guardian knows criminal activity. There's still plenty of work to keep a hero busy, and tonight feels like it's going to be another long night with little sleep.
His power armor makes jumping from building to building a none issue. Guardian has little trouble keeping track of the three kedan moving through the alleys below him. After years of doing this he knows a gang when he sees one. These three look like their on a mission and Guardian wants to know what it is. More than that, he wants to keep them from hurting anyone.]

[GABE NEEDS FOOD BADLY.
His stomach grumbles and whines as he looks for something tasty and most importantly, cheap. Once again he's broke. After showing up at his job barely awake or not showing up at all for nearly three weeks straight he's been fired...again. Gabe can't really blame anyone but himself for it either. If only he was as good at living a normal life as he was at playing superhero.
He finally stops at a vendor he orders the cheapest thing on their menu. When Gabe tries to pay however, he runs into a bit of a problem. After digging through every last one of his pockets he comes up a couple juulan short.
Gabe tries to give the vendor his very best smile. It looks more like a grimace than anything else.]
So I don't suppose that maybe we can just start a tab?
