Balthier was scoping the area for pockets to pick. Inara had the look of a local - at least as far as clothes went, and she was dressed smartly. The fact she didn't know what the local cuisine was gave her away as a foreigner and Balthier immediately scratched her off the list. If she was wealthy in her world, she sure as hell wasn't here.
