Dust is a hallucinogen which causes increased violence, disorientation, reduced inhibitions, and (formerly) made one generally more susceptible to Malicant, although now it will make them more inclined to general chaotic behaviour. The degree to which Yuri is affected by these symptoms is your call, although there's no 100% known immunity.
