CHARACTER: Skulduggery Pleasant CANON: Skulduggery Pleasant PERSONALITY: Genius, detective by trade, stubborn, persistent, dryly sarcastic most of the time and possessing a bit of a hypocritical inability to accept help where his own darkness is concerned. Though, to be fair, that's actually mellowed a bit in Tushan. He's also slightly less allergic to infringements on personal space (see: hugging Solomon), but... yeah.
CURRENT STATUS: He's working on the console symbols puzzle, and quite frankly I don't see him not solving it by the end of the month. Good opportunity for CR? He's also keeping an eye on the thing with the Dust at the Palace, and - oh yeah. HE HAS HIS BENTLEY BACK. Compliment him on the car currently parked outside the Central Sector entrance to the Hotel, and you'll instantly be in his good books. CR GOALS: I'm always up for threading with new characters, but I would like to put more of a focus on developing existing CR as well. There are people Skulduggery should touch base with again. Other than that... I don't have anything specific planned anytime soon, but if you've been waiting for an opportunity to thread with Skul when he was more cheerful and spontaneous, now's the time to do it!
SCENE-DOS: Skulduggery's the sort of character who doesn't use the network/radios if he doesn't need to. It helps to be able to fly to whoever you need to speak to. >_> So by default I generally prefer face-to-face prose third-person stuff, but I also usually default to whatever style is already being used, so I'm not too picky. And he does watch the network, and he owns a radio, so it's always possible to contact him that way. SCENE-DON'TS: Pure slice-of-life small-talk tends to bore both me and Skulduggery pretty quickly. I don't like having threads/interactions completely planned out, but neither do I like long drawn-out 'let's just see where this goes!' type conversations where nothing is happening.
4TH WALL PLANS: GARRUS. I was originally going to app him into the game, but I've since decided I don't have the drive to be able to handle him as a full-time character. STILL GOIN' TO TOSS HIM INTO 4TH WALL THOUGH. And if I can finagle it, I'm hoping to get some SP characters played by non-Tushan-players into the event, too...
