Just wanted to comment and say I absolutely love all of the NPCs. With the setting change post time-skip it's just been ... wow. The NPCs are very well fleshed out to the degree that I would mistake them for canon characters if I ran across them elsewhere. They definitely make the entire setting feel much more dynamic and it makes me feel like characters can actually interact with the world around them at a much deeper level, if that makes any sense.

TL;DR such npc. so wow. ♥
