Actually, about the grammar thing - I'm really, really impressed. There's a common misconception that grammar is easy and that if you're not doing it right, you're either bad at writing or too lazy to try and correct it. I always notice when someone (read: you) is a talented writer with comparatively minor issues, because it means that you have been constantly trying to improve, and it shows.
I can't say much about Vergil's behaviour what with being canon-blind, but I've liked what I've seen so far!
