Sonja pretty much covered what I had intended. I just was lazy and didn't bother figuring out the other times. :) After all, this puts the Palace back into play, which DOES seem to be hinted by the clue.
The other question is whether or not we're supposed to go do something in CENTRAL. It's vaguely mentioned by the clue as well, and I'm curious whether or not there's an opportunity there, such as 0000 hours (midnight for Kalineh :p).
