He doesn't register who it is that he's slammed into right away, preoccupied as he is with the whole messy process of falling and getting tangled up with someone else while he's at it. He winces as his shoulder takes the brunt of the impact but seconds later he's scrambling to regain his footing, his attention now divided. Part of him knows he needs to keep running and the other part of him wants to stop at least long enough to make sure the man he's knocked over is going to be all right. Admittedly, the part that wants to run has the majority, but it's the thought that counts, right?
Before he can make it to his feet, however, he hears that voice. He would know that voice anywhere.
