They would. They'll probably put him in some kind of liaison position related to Tony's contract--keeping track of the paperwork administration of that with things like supply requests, surveyors' maps, blueprints of the infrastructure, etc. It won't be a permanent job, it would last as long as the contract, but that's four to six months of work which could result in another offer if Don does his work well and proves to be reliable.
