He's welcome to capture them and do what he likes with them re: imprisonment, but the cultists won't talk aside from the usual babble of loyalty to Malicant. If left within range of something suitable, they have a tendency to remove their own eyes and tongues after being captured. If Wan chooses to turn the cultist(s) over to Evandau, they'll be executed without trial.
