Given that the Dreaming is lucid and controllable, and there's allowance for some meshing, would it be possible for Raine to temporarily share her ability to sense mana with someone she's in the same Dreaming pocket with? I wasn't sure if it would fall under what the setting paragraph describes or not, and thought it'd be better to clarify, especially as I'm not the clearest myself on the rules of the Dreaming.
