There were no major deaths that led to Valishaera's current state on the Life side and that in the Dreaming side, there is significantly less death than, well, pretty much anywhere. Seems the monks aren't playing by normal lifespan rules here. The deja vu presence, if appearing as one who is dead, will not have the normal accompanying feeling.
