I know Annabeth and Septimus have talked before, and I'd really like to actually take that somewhere, especially as I'd like to get Septimus into the metaplot more.

Also, he's totally trying to just figure out now what everyone's like because he wants to propose everyone actually get organized and stop being loosely connected group of people who keep not coordinating. Having someone to talk tactics with--or spar with--would be really good for him.

Alternately, Lois and Annabeth might be good for hilarious shenanigans.
