Not for Septimus specifically, but I've got the hospital open log (linked in the post) and goodness knows he's there more hours of the day than he should be.
EDIT: Also, Zelgadis has seen him before, he can totally notice my idiot boy here is trying to hide his exhaustion. Because he is stupid.
