Not insomuch as it was before where Evandau would solicit items or services from them in trade. However because this isn't something to be done frivolously (ICly, of course, not implying OOC) characters may need to make a case for having it done. Eva's magic isn't unlimited so "hey I wanted to be there for my 20th birthday party" probably won't fly for good reasoning.
