Good news, everyone: being Foreigner tech and not connected to the consoles, the radio will be up and running during the event!

If your character has a radio, they'll be able to get the broadcasts, and you can be sure Lois will have radios available to anyone who needs them.

Lois will make a broadcast that the doors are open; if people need to use the radio for an emergency broadcast, they can stop by and Lois or whoever is there will set them up. Similarly, if your character wants to help out at the radio, Lois will welcome volunteers.
