Alright this all sounds good to me! I like the basic layout of what we got so far. If they decide to go for the assassination Hawke will definitely go for the distraction angle to draw the president out giving them the chance to make the kill. Otherwise he'll go for a more subtle approach.

Also he's totally fine with framing Malicant for everything because Malicant is a jerk.
