If we're going with Annabeth and Bart on drug duty, she should probably suggest/order that she be the one to administer the drug. Being the faster one, the safer plan (IE NOT BART'S PLAN) would be to have him free to get her out, should the distraction fail.

OH. And I should probably note that, sorry guys, I'm putting him in costume for this, and he'll be introducing himself as Kid Flash. While Bart isn't the most discreet person ever, the power use is probably going to be flagrant. He'd suit up.
