As described, the young turtle will send a gentle psychic connection to your character, compelling them to seek the hatchling out. Once they're nearby, they'll will feel a calming wash of peace as the turtle once again feels safe and cared for and they'll also be very excited to meet a new "parent", infusing them with feelings of affection and joy.
