This post outlines the final results from Tu Shanshu's December 2013 Activity check, following the reclaim post that went up on February 10, 2014.
List of Swept Characters:
The following characters were identified as having not made AC, either from insufficient activity or from failing to have their AC reported on the post. Additionally, they were either ineligible for reclaim or were not reclaimed by the February 10th deadline:
