Yeeeeah he doesn't like either of them for various dumb reasons, mostly that MCU Bucky infodumped a lot of hard-to-handle stuff on him when he first showed up and he felt MCU Steve when they spoke was condescending toward him because of his age. HE JUST REALLY HATES THE IDEA OF A STEVE THAT DOESN'T KNOW HIM and keeps equating him to someone else (because lol MCU and 616 Buckys are pretty much nothing alike). He doesn't have issues, he has a subscription :|
