Hey guys, Cass here! As outlined in this post, Hannibal is getting executed for all those dang murders he did, which means he's gone from the game.
HOWEVER this isn't a traditional drop as I'll still be backtagging threads that were previously going as well as the network post that went up until they're concluded, regardless of when that is. He just won't be available ICly for anything beyond today (Tuesday the 14th) and will be officially dropped-from-game when the threads are finished.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who made this plot possible and to the mods for coming to me with it. I'm still here with Tarrlok!
