He wore a Santa hat once and it was very stupid looking. They could do that just to embarrass Tony, really. But if Dick is not an elf he has to wear reindeer antlers. But he really loves holidays and getting to hang out, so drinking together would be perfect. He will sled and freeze his butt off and whine about it and enjoy every second.

Really, Tony is a big kid forever.
