IN GENERAL Thor thinks Tony is a good example of what humans are. He's flawed and rather broken, but also capable of amazingly creative things. Seriously, Thor is very impressed that a human made a suit that can just about keep up with him. He knows that Tony is very practical, and that means in a fight he trusts him absolutely. Outside of a fight. Well. Tony is his own person and can make his own choices. Overall Thor is more positive towards him than not.
IN REGARDS TO LOKI BASHING Thor is incredibly angry that Tony would hurt a child for what he considers no reason. That seems very dangerous to him, and almost a betrayal of what the Avengers stand for. Also Thor is imitating his father in getting really angry when people screw up badly, so there's that. His respect for Tony means that he'll just about always be straight up honest with him, which in this case is bad because Thor's lost his temper quite badly.
He'll apologise, because they are few in number and need to be a team, and make Loki apologise too if Tony does. He understands that people make mistakes, but he'll certainly do what he can to hold Tony accountable for how much he drinks and how he's getting on. A sad!Avenger helps no one.
