A NOTE ON THE DREAMING
It stands to reason that we have numerous characters in our midst that are fairly observant, and some even magically inclined. As a direct result of the access to the Dreaming in Sinbrilee, characters are now able to recreate the doorways into Dreaming in Keeliai. (* characters don't need to be magical to recreate them, it's more an example of the sort of character that might be interested in doing so)
I should stress, if it isn't the sort of thing your character would be interested in or capable of in their canon, they aren't likely to be able to recreate it here. Doing so requires considerable attention to detail and either a photographic memory or the foresight to have written down the symbols used in the archways. Please do not abuse this. If you don't feel it's within your character's capabilities to recreate the doorways, you can have them seek out other CR that can or has!
This is not a mod-controlled plot thing. You don't need mod permission to go into the Dreaming, nor do you need mod permission to have your character be one of those present that replicates the gates, we're willing to trust you guys on this one. It's simply a new 'area' in the game that's been opened up to the PCs for exploration and CR building opportunities should they choose to take it. Once a gate has been 'created', anyone is free to use it unless a character destroys it after its use, so keep that in mind as well.
CURRENTLY, NO PLOT DETAILS OR INFORMATION ARE AVAILABLE IN THE DREAMING. This may change as the mods come off their hiatus, but for now please don't ask if your character can find XYZ in the Dreaming. DEATH is also unavailable and will remain so no matter if characters try to replicate those archways.
Keep in mind, if Evandau and Co find any archways that have been tampered with, the symbols will be chiseled off, as it's considered graffiti and is therefore illegal in Keeliai.
*this information will be added to the updated information pages by the end of the mod-hiatus, (~Oct 15th) so please don't look for it before then.

Archways must be made out of stone (granite/marble/some other variant). These can mostly be found in the Earth Sector, though some older areas of the other Sectors will also have them, and they can also be PC made outside of Keeliai proper in quarries and whatnot. The stone has to be carved from a single piece, it can't be numerous pieces slotted together (too much risk of disrupting the ~magical flow~ of the symbols). The archways available in Keeliai are between 4/10 feet tall. PC built ones can be whatever dimensions people would like.
Keep in mind, if Evandau and Co find any archways that have been tampered with, the symbols will be chiseled off, as it's considered graffiti and is therefore illegal in Keeliai.
The realm of Dreaming is a place where everything is shaped to your character's individual mind. Dreams can be shared between characters and will result in a meshing of minds. Like a version of telepathy on mute, characters can learn each other's deepest thoughts – as long as you have player permission, of course. Not every mind will mesh with every other mind, it's entirely possible for characters to be thrown out of the dreaming altogether by high levels of incompatibility.
These dreams can be positive or negative, depending on your character. As Asti is not presently in this realm to extend his calm for all to enjoy, the dreams rely more heavily on the individual characters' psyches.
As with Death, nothing can be taken or removed from the Dreaming. Any scans of the area, technological or magic, will reveal nothing at all. As with Death, the 'Dreaming' is a null zone. And as with Death, no powers or abilities will function here, though if your character requires their powers to survive they will keep the minimum necessary to do so. They are allowed to have a 'perception' of their powers, but no 'actual' powers. This is to prevent characters from accidentally killing intruders in their minds. (So, Clark Kent could perceive himself flying but would not actually be flying. It's a fine line)
This realm has no 'fixed' shape. If a character enters it and can control their dreams to the point where they wouldn't be dreaming at all, they would find themselves on a formless gray landscape.
