Additionally, prior to composing this, I checked your plurk timeline and noticed that you were very active upon it during the AC submission period, therefore would have had exposure to the reminders posted by both myself and other members about submitting AC on time. This, combined with the fact that this is the second month running in which you failed to provide AC for Hoffman by the initial deadline, means that your situation does not qualify for an exemption this month.
