Hello, my name is Xae and I'm fresh meat to this here game.

Today I bring you Doctor John Watson from the tv show Sherlock (BBC version). In this version of the show it's set in modern-ish times (about 2013) and John does come hom from Afghanistan where he served as an army doctor. He finds a flatmate and friend in a detective named Sherlock Holmes and they solve murder cases together. Such fun. No seriously, John enjoys the life. Sherlock solves the murders and John blogs about it. For anyone who is familiar with it, John has come from the end of series 2 which is when Sherlock has faked his own death.

But that wasn't the end for him and he ended up in another game before this one [community profile] exitvoid where he was reunited with Sherlock and was there for several months while an organization by the name of COMPASS used them as subjects in a fear experiment. So yeah, that happened and he did keep a blog of events that took place there as well.

Anyway you can add me on plurk over here: [plurk.com profile] Tsukeru and I will probably be posting something for his arrival later tonight after the new episode airs.

Couple of quick things of note:

• Everyone who checked in to December's check-in post is passed, and for the new year all AC strikes are being wiped out so we can all tackle 2017 fresh.

• The results of the plot vote are The Dreaming Conjuration, The Cult and the Missing Girl and presently a tie for third place. The mods will be drawing up a game plan for these plotlines in the next few weeks, and since they're both fairly large-scale plots, we're not quite sure which will be the third plot just yet.

• A reminder that for anyone who wants to contribute a letter about Leon/Dean for his parents, I'll be compiling it all and sending that off in the next day or so.

They expressed that they didn't know a lot about his online friends, so I thought that anyone who felt like writing something up that talks about how you knew him and the sorts of things you'll remember him for was a nice thing to forward along for them to read. Comments to that post are screened, so it will only be his family that sees it, not everybody on the community, for those who want to keep it personal.

As always if you have any questions, leave 'em here!
