Write an IC open letter about their issues, be they big or small. 2.     Sign with a moniker! "[Problem] in [Location]" is typical, but feel free to get creative! 3.     Other characters respond with advice. Serious, sassy, just plain oh god why would you suggest that, the newspaper editor is on vacation and drunk in Tahiti. Anything goes. 4.     Reply to their response/correspond on the issue, ask your new pen pal out on a date, or track down the advice columnist and set their house on fire. Whatever you're feeling. 5.     Warn for any content that needs warnings for. You know the drill! 6.     Open to anybody, current chars, past chars, future characters, whomever you roulette wheel off your muselist, seriously go crazy.
