Hello there turtle-peeps. This is Kathrine again (Kaldur and Richie's player) bringing my first original character into the game.

This is Toul, who is an overeager, curious, gullible, determined optimist who loves meeting new people and going on adventures. The more new things she can experience the better. And I do apologize for her enthusiastic nature and her tendency to touch people she likes. Physical affection is a big thing to her. She's from world where humans evolved from all different types of animals, so pay no attention to the cat ears! She's someone capable of manipulating her energy to match other forms of it for different applications (teleporting, spells, etc).
