Hi, I'm Zed McClure. You might remember me from such characters as Gene Khan and, way back when, Jason Bourne.

Today I'm breaking with my usual character type (Stoic McNeverTalks) and bringing you one gregarious douchebag of a low-level triad member, name of Jackie Ma, by way of Sleeping Dogs. Jackie here has the misfortune to be the player character's childhood friend. In a game about brutal, bloody gang wars.

You can all see where this is going.

He's going to be coming into the game in a right state, looking like he just lost a fight with the Kool-Aid Man (only that ain't Kool-Aid). (It's blood.) (His blood.)

Jackie is currently in the process of freaking the fuck out in the Welcome Center, and shortly after there is a network post for your enjoyment.

Also: Since he peppers his speech with Cantonese, I will be providing translations in hovering tooltips of italicized words. However...I don't speak Cantonese. Like. At all. So I might WILL get things wrong. If I fuck it up? Don't hesitate to tell me! I am always willing to learn and expand my reference pool of multilingual profanity.

Hi everyone, Marie here. As I've been threatening to do for some time now, I have gone and brought Aracely Penalba from Marvel Comics. She's being brought in from a very recent pullpoint, New Warriors #5 (last month!), and, wow, she is a handful.

She likes bar-b-cue, questions, rodeos, and hanging out with Kaine. You guys know Kaine, right? Big. Grumpy. Stupid tattoo. Yeah. He's awesome!
