Drug Rehab Center

Hey chums.

So Vanessa and Catty started this drug outreach program awhile back to deal with the sudden prevalence of the drug Dust in Keeliai. Except then Vanessa and Catty both left (/cry), so Costigan, being the secret begrudging softie that he is, has offered to take over said Center in their absence and hopes to turn it into more of a Rehab place.

To get started, please comment here if your character has had any involvement with the center in the past and would like to be involved. This includes "but my character was way more involved than yours and I want them to take over!", which I'm totes okay with.

Characters I know have some involvement include:
Jim Kirk
Emma Frost
Dick Grayson

If there are no concerns, I'll have Costigan post an official declaration in a few days to a week and start setting that up on the ooc front to accept new volunteers, etc.
