Hi all! In a complete case of awful timing so soon after joining, January ate me alive, between spending time with family, then an essay, a dissertation, and an exam all due within a space of about a week of each other. But the month has decided to spit me back out now, which means I can jump back into things!

I'm totally thrown off a loop as to building CR because of my bad timing, though, so if anyone wants to plot with my gross Assassin pirate or just thread random CR that would be awesome? In the meantime I'll be hitting up Edward's backtags, and if you want to plot or chat, my plurk is moonsilver or you can AIM me at candescently.

As you may guess from the subject and the tag, I'm dropping Karkat. Despite my hopes the game hasn't really worked out, and I've been rolling the thought around my head long enough that I figure I may as well let go. At this point it's just been CR keeping me here, which isn't promising when I haven't been here all that long and am not that invested even then.

Sorry to those who may have wanted to interact with Karkat more, or who didn't get the chance in the first place.

Hopefully if you get another the game will stick better for them.

Thanks to those I did have fun with! Maybe we'll see each other in another game someday.

Hi everyone. Marie here, bringing my third and final character, Connor Hawke from DC Comics. I live to make everyone's life confusing, so now we have Hawke & Hawke and Kon/Conner & Connor. SHOULD BE FUN.

Connor is a derp and likes tea, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, quality time with loved ones, and shooting people in the leg and/or shoulder with arrows. He'll most likely be introed in the morning, when I haven't had a full bottle of wine yet.

Anyone who doesn't have me added on Plurk, PLEASE feel free to do so - regardless of whether or not you know the character (or my other comic boys, Ric and Bart). I do some of my best plotting on Plurk, because my schedule doesn't always allow me to throw my characters at random threads.

Oh boy here we go. HI GUYS. This is Chel aka Bruce Banner / angermanaging with, first, some sad news. I've dropped Willow-- I need to absolutely minimize my RP obligations right now, and I've played her extensively before and she's a lot less settled into the game than Bruce is, so she got the axe. Instead I've apped in...

Miles Vorkosigan from an old, long running sci fi adventure book series by Lois McMaster Bujold. I expect many of you don't know much about him, so, in brief-- he's a 4'8" tall manic depressive former covert ops military commander from a planet with an old Russian feudal social system. So yes, he's complicated. He's also (very) personally familiar with clones, so that'll be fun. If you want any more information about him, it's in his app, of course!

I strongly encourage people to notice and comment on his height and odd appearance if it's IC for your character. He will expect it, honestly. But he will probably just take it as a challenge instead of an insult. :)

Anyway, Miles lives in ME-2C and I'm ohgod terrified THRILLED to be playing him, so let me know if anyone wants to set something up!
