+1 Princess

Hello, everyone out there in Turtle Land! I'm Jansen, bringing in my second character: Natalia Luzu Kimlasca-Lanvaldear from the PS2 game Tales of the Abyss.



Natalia is a princess, but she is also fierce and very involved in the politics back home. As an accomplished archer, she went on an Adventure that resulted in her pushing for major social change and saving the world. Understandably, she'll be pretty distraught from getting taken away from her beloved kingdom, but she'll be eager to learn about Tu Vishan and everyone who lives in Keeliai.

This girl loves a good ghost story and doesn't afraid of anything, so she's good to have around if you're in a pinch.

Oh, and she can heal people too. That might come in handy

Anyway, she's in FI-2B (Fire Sector), and will be totally rocking this place. (But gracefully so, that's important too, okay). Looking forward to tossing her at people! ♥

Hey guys, Cass here! As outlined in this post, Hannibal is getting executed for all those dang murders he did, which means he's gone from the game.

HOWEVER this isn't a traditional drop as I'll still be backtagging threads that were previously going as well as the network post that went up until they're concluded, regardless of when that is. He just won't be available ICly for anything beyond today (Tuesday the 14th) and will be officially dropped-from-game when the threads are finished.

The Luteces are leaving this dimension and scattering off into another

So some of you have already been contacted about this, and some of you haven't been but probably saw this coming or saw a brief mention of it somewhere. The time spent here has been wonderful and I can honestly say that the kismesis between Stocking and Rosalind will be missed. I enjoyed watching those unfold.

Vin and I talked about one leaving while the other stayed behind but to be honest, neither of us have really felt one with the currents that the turtle takes, and so with the warmest of regards, I would like to wish you all farewell! My other half hasn't reached the computer yet, but will be later to provide her angle of departure.

Things of import for IC plot things: All of the Luteces possessions will go to Booker and Elizabeth. Their notes of the observed physics in this universe compared to those native to the Bioshock universe, Rosalind's book she wrote (from the last item request cycle), Robert's voxophone he received, !important! as well as the starts of blueprints for a Lutece Tear machine that would work with the physics of this universe. Anyone who could follow the blueprints and adjust them wherever necessary could still use this as a method of bringing people to the Turtle as the method was discussed as a possibility with Evandau briefly. !end important! Also Robert has a small collection of books that he would like to be sent off in Elizabeth's direction. Enjoy, chéri!

Farewell, you a+ chelonauts! You were my step back into DW RP after a long departure, and a wonderful reintegration back into the community.

Sick + upcomining hiatus

Hey guys, I wanted to say sorry; I got unexpectedly really, really sick for about a week and a half. Between being somewhat wary of my health at the moment and the next few weeks of RL going to eat my soul for lunch unless something changes, I'll be taking hiatus from Friday until, tentatively, February 7th. If you really want something started let me know; I'll be backtagging a bit here and there as energy allows but it may not be much.

Again, sorry, I was not expecting to hit a wall like that.

You probably saw this coming, especially after the previous post about Rosalind and Robert departing, but it is also time for the friendly neighborhood radio host to return to his Scientist love and his darkened studio.

It's been great, and I've made a lot of fun friends here. <3 But it's been kind of tricky to wiggle into the setting with either of my characters, and so it is time to say goodbye for now.

Cecil's cassette tapes can be found, probably sitting around at the radio station, and the italicized parts of this are what is on the tapes if anyone wants to scare their characters over Cecil. Khoshekh the Floating Monster Cat should go to Gabriel, because the kitty does like him.

May the next newscaster at the station not meet the same fate as so many in radio do. And with that, friends, I bid you adieu.
