Nita, who has never had a bad plan in her life ever stop looking at me like that, has decided she is going to try to get people together to fish the satellite out of the water and stick it in one of the barren sections of the shell. NOTHING COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG stop looking at her like that.

I have the mod okay to go ahead with this if Nita can get the IC buy-in and people come up with a good enough plan. If the characters do get around to trying it, the specters are going to go absolutely haywire but the turtle is full of heroes so this shouldn't be a problem, right?

I'm still trying to think of how to propose the plan/structure a log to avoid canon-clumping where all the superheroes are like "SEEMS LEGIT" and everyone else is all "ARE YOU NUTS," so talk to me, yo.
