I'm going to have a lot of deeply traumatic / upsetting threads going on with this, so maybe something not too dark? :|a A happy dream with Betty would really bother him to have interrupted by someone he doesn't trust... or there's tons of fodder in his time on the run, or flashbacks of violence from the Hulk.
