Question on how dreaming works . . . I'm not sure I've ever seen episodes of Star Trek with the mind meld. (Scandalous, I know.) Does the other person experience things as though they were the dreamer, or as though they were alongside the dreamer?

This makes a big difference for Toph and anyone experiencing her dreams in particular because those who have been blind since birth don't have visual dreams. So I end up having to decide . . . can they see, or is it experienced as Toph experiences it?
