I don't think he was because while the whole four years that Bart aged didn't happen on Earth, there WAS a few days/weeks (?) that passed. But he definitely heard about it PFQ, I know he turned up in the Metropolis fight and was like that's for Kon. IIRC. That plot was a clusterfuck. He knows, and that's the bottom line.
