Wally...Vic was surprised as heck that he actually wanted to go out with him. Vic really likes spending time with him, how he can be energetic but not all crazy all over the place. The fact that Wally knows how the hero thing goes and that he's very attractive just add on to how much Vic likes him. He's really trying not to think about how they'd have to part if one or both of them left the turtle, focusing more on enjoying time with him as much as possible.
