Henry! He is British and charming like Eames, but much nicer and Arthur actually likes him! Also he dresses better shhhhh. Yeah I think Arthur is attracted to him a teeny tiny bit (or perhaps even a bit more than that). He's a classic gentleman criminal and Arthur is really drawn to that persona and the obvious intelligence behind it.
