It makes perfect sense. Lol I love how their conversation went even if Bucky got prickly, but that's pretty much to be expected with a pacifist and a career soldier like Bucky. The differences are really fascinating to watch play out!

And ugh Arthur and Kal. They just. All their issues pretty much vanish when their original duties and obligations and responsibilities vanish and they get to be friends. I love it.
