She has formed a preliminary opinion on him! Her feelings are overall fairly shallow toward him, so the core of her opinion is still "just another person, doesn't really have anything to do with me, don't care a whole lot." But she does consider him someone worth talking to again. He certainly didn't act like a "normal" kid, so she's interested in interacting more with someone who is, at least a little, like her in that manner.

He was sort of equal parts helpful and annoying in her book, so she doesn't have either a positive or negative reaction to him yet. If he were to end up having a negative reaction then she would simply ignore his existence and he would simply be someone she has no connection to. Even though she knows who he is (Dresden-verse being all up on comic knowledge and such) she's very used to not passing judgment on people based on her knowledge of them, so she's interested in getting to know and pass judgement on him and not just the knowledge she arrived with.
