Arthur has kind of a complicated relationship with basically all the League members because his entire stupid life is complicated, but he likes Kyle well enough. He's probably higher on his list of 'Leaguers I Like' than others, maybe slightly higher up than Kal. He seems to like the younger members of the League more-so than a lot of the older ones in general, and he's got this kind of odd casual friendship with Kyle that I like. No one really trumps his family but Kyle trumps several others on the turtle at the moment even if they don't talk a whole lot anymore.
