Peggy is turning into one of Inara's closest friends on the turtle. She really likes spending time with her, and now that they've kind of had a chance to do that with the events etc, she's becoming more and more fond of her. Inara's pretty careful about who she trusts, and Peggy is worming her way into that tight little circle. :>
