Percy continues to think that Vic is a bro! He's not necessarily the guy that Percy would go to if shit was going down, because they don't know each other that well yet, but if they happened to run into each other while shit was occurring, Percy would suggest a bro team up. The whole being green thing doesn't really faze him at all and I'd be surprised if it even registers as unusual to him at this point haha. He's just like 'oh yeah that's Vic he's green awesome'.

Katniss' thoughts are less friendly, sob. She can probably accept that he's not a mutt at this point, but she is still pretty e__e towards anything that looks like a lizard, and probably more liable to freak out around him than non-lizard-seeming people. Also she's kind of overprotective of Finnick so Vic kind of makes her e__e in that respect, too, oops.
