Victor will be working hard to help rescue people from damaged and burning buildings as well as put out fires. If anyone wants some lizard-help during that stage of things, he'll be available to leap in. He'll probably have Santo with him too.

When it comes to the non-corporeal enemies, he won't be too useful. He's got a pretty strong will and will resist attempts at possession and he can heal so he can take a few shocks and keep going. He's available to fight possessed people/be attacked by them too.
