Zelgadis is pretty experienced with salvaging things, on account of spending a lot of time in ruins; he'd gladly partner up with someone who knows more about technology to help sort through things, but even getting the hull plating to kedan metalsmiths seems useful.

Being a sorcerer -- and used to things that can't be hurt physically -- means that he's also a go-to guy for fighting off spectres. He'll also help with counter-possession, as he's ruthless enough to not mind shocking any of you if you need it.

Given Tu Vishnan's gift to him, he'll be out and about trying to keep things safe and under control, especially in the Earth sector or at the nearest epicenter of trouble.

Tazendra is arrogant, prides herself on defending the helpless, and not used to fighting incorporeal things without magic. She's also incredibly strong willed. Most likely she will eventually be possessed, but probably only after she's tired and injured by knocking heads (and doesn't listen to other people telling her to go home/find a healer).

So, if anyone wants someone to make a Heroic Sacrifice for them, Tazendra would be all about that.
