tbh it's up to you! We could play it that bruce saw the post and decided to observe rather than talk to him (ie: 'you must be from an alt universe I will watch and see if you're worth talking to) and then they could meet up at the turtle's edge, or we could have Bruce drop in on him and give him the Scare Talk (ie: play by my rules here OR ELSE) and they could meet up anyway.
