So clearly there's plenty of opportunity for mingling and mischief. Loki's going to enjoy all the fish and fresh fruits, num num, but the lights and fireworks will be fun and relaxing. Loki will probably be camping out to watch some of those for a while. And the cart racers ... well let's just say some unfortunate drivers may or may not have tampered breaks. Or car horns that blast the tune to Duck Tales. It will never leave.
The festival will be a good place to lurk as well. Magic tricks mostly, slight of hand for those easily impressed or illusions and possible target practice for the nonbelievers. He might also be stealing from your wallets, tying your shoelaces together, or turning your hair pink/green/rainbow/polka dots. Anything goes!
