Your hiatus is from October 25th until November 30th. The hiatus rules stipulate that a player is only exempt from the AC for a month in which they are on hiatus for three or more weeks within that month. Unfortunately, in your case, you will be exempted from November's AC, but not October. You would have to reclaim for October, yes.
